Going OUT to REACH Others

Going OUT to REACH Others

Guest Blog – Les & Lynne Ginoza | Missionaries at ZOE

Imagine if you will… traveling 3-4 hours on foot, hiking up mountains, dealing with leeches, carrying a week’s worth of supplies on your back that added so much weight to your already tired legs, yet no complaining… Well, that is what our ZOE Ministry School students went through recently – all because they desired to reach those who have never heard the good news of the Gospel and also wanting to minister to churches that were discouraged. They were able to reach remote villages accessible only by foot.

Hiking into remote village

Every year, we send two teams of our Ministry School students on a week long outreach. Our staff who went with the students reported back to say that the students did an amazing job. God was glorified!

One miraculous story they told us was of a woman who had been sick for three years with a bad backache that kept her from sleeping at night. So our students prayed over her, that God would heal her back. The next day, she reported to them that that night, there was no pain and she was able to sleep soundly for the first time in many years. Her entire family was saved. To God be all the glory and honor!!

Praying for healing

Between the two teams, there were 271 salvations, not to mention the many seeds planted in hearts and discouraged hearts encouraged.
