Little Heroes Making a Big Impact!
Written By: Karen Miyamoto
I love highlighting our little heroes that are doing big things!
This months’ little hero is Hope Zazueta. Hope is 11 years old and has always had loved helping others. In the past, she and her family have attended ZOE’s Rescue Walk, raised money for ZOE International and donated items like socks during Christmas time. I had the honor of interviewing this amazing little girl.
Why do you want to help others that are less fortunate?
I want to help others because I feel bad for the kids that are trafficked and I want to help them by showing God’s love.
Aside from helping ZOE, what other things have you done to help people?
I am an ambassador at my church so I serve with the younger kids and help with the media during services. I have done lots of outreaches at elderly homes and helped in communities that are less fortunate.
What do you enjoy the most when helping others?
I like to make them feel loved and happy. It makes me feel good by bringing joy to others.
And lastly…what is your all-time favorite ice cream flavor?
Cherry amaretto
Thank you so much, Hope, for making a difference and sharing God’s love to those around you. You are a true hero worth highlighting! A special thanks to Hope’s parents as well for training up and raising a loving and giving hearted child. We are so grateful for the impact the Zazueta family is making.
