More specifically, at the restaurant, youth will learn how to serve customers, be a hostess, clean the tables, prepare the bills, and even how to become a chef! Additionally, a skilled chef will teach the youth classic cooking methods, world cuisine, food preparation, nutrition, menu planning, and more.
We are thrilled that the youth we serve will be empowered with the skills necessary to pursue a rewarding career in the culinary trade. By providing them with this opportunity, we aim to break the cycle of victimization, reduce their vulnerability, and equip them to succeed in the next chapter of their lives.
