ZOE is governed by a Board of Directors, consisting of a majority of independent members. The Audit Committee oversees ZOE’s annual financial audit. Additionally, ZOE is a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA). Our annual financial statement can be found on www.ecfa.org. We are a part of Guidestar and Christian Alliance for Orphans (CAFO). We are audited annually by an independent outside auditing firm. An annual report is available through the ZOE USA office upon request.

Our Donor Privacy Policy states, “ZOE will not sell, share, or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations. This policy applies to all donor information received by ZOE International online, offline, or through any form of written or verbal communication.
To the extent any donations are processed through a third party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation unless permission is granted by the donors for other uses, e.g., to join a ZOE International mailing list.
