From Training to Transformation: Celebrating the ZOE Leadership Training (ZLT) Class of 2026

On March 28, eighteen students and seven interns reached the finish line of a two-year journey through ZOE’s Leadership Training (ZLT) program. ZLT students are 18+ adults who apply for this program to begin their journey in being equipped for success in life and ministry, leadership principles and biblical character, English with cross cultural awareness for career enhancement, and instruction in Bible, Business, Vocation, and Technology.

For the past two years, these students have chosen a different path than what’s deemed “normal” amidst young people.

Each young adult said “yes” to waking up as early as 4:30 a.m. to prioritize time with God and stepped outside their comfort zones to share their faith in communities.  They’ve learned how to lead, how to serve, and how to persevere when life isn’t easy.

This kind of development requires time, discipline, and a willingness to grow. Now, they step into what’s next as equipped leaders ready to bring hope to places many of us may never reach.

Every early morning, every lesson learned, every life that will be impacted through these graduates, it’s all connected to the people who made this program possible. You’ve helped raise up a new generation of leaders who will go on to impact future generations.

To the ZLT Class of 2026: we are so proud of you. And to every person who has supported them along the way, thank you.
