About the Home

The focus of our program is to help a child feel safe physically and emotionally so she can begin her journey of healing from unimaginable trauma and pain. At ZHY, children can discover their interests, talents, dreams and destiny as they begin to hope again for a bright future.

Children are referred to ZHY through Los Angeles County Departments of Children and Family Services (DCFS) or Probation. ZHY’s team works closely with the youth’s Child and Family Team (CFT) to ensure needs are being met.
